The Hope Housing project provides emergency short-term accommodation for destitute and homeless asylum-seekers.

The project works with ASIRT (Asylum Support and Immigration Resource Team), Birmingham Law Centre, the Children's Society, Lifeline Options, the British Red Cross (West Midlands), the Refugee Council, the Refugee and Migrant Centre of the Black Country, Restore (Birmingham Churches Together for Asylum-Seekers and Refugees), and the Karis Neighbour Scheme, Birmingham.

We currently manage eight properties accommodating clients in the Birmingham area.

Hope Gardening Project

This project is a partnership between Hope Projects, Hope Housing residents, and local gardeners in Selly Oak.

Hope Knitting Project

Thanks to a generous RAG donation from Warwick University in 2010, women in Hope Housing started knitting, for themselves, other residents and YOU.

We meet weekly in a Hope property to learn new skills and support each other. Group members attend events selling different knitted items including hats and scarfs for around £5 each, but larger donations or gifts of wool are greatly appreciated.
